The night out

Culture, in good company

The ticket is easy to buy for one. The evening is better with someone who came for the same reason.

A host opens a seat — a concert, a private view, a night at the theatre or opera — and members apply. You meet over the thing itself, then you talk about it after, which is half the point.

Places host too: galleries and venues open closed evenings to the right company.

Questions, answered

Do I buy my own ticket?
Usually yes, and the host makes it clear. Some venue-hosted evenings include entry — it's stated on the plan.
Can a venue host?
Yes. Galleries, halls and organisers open evenings to Nyxe and choose their own company.
Is a seat guaranteed?
No — the host selects who joins.
